Extended Assistance To Mahadeva Padippakam Students and Teachers

In December 2016, OBA UK representatives distributed educational materials to Year 6 students at Mahadeva Padippakam who had successfully advanced to Year 7. Additionally, two bicycles were donated—one to a teacher and another to a student—to support their daily commute. The total cost of these contributions amounted to Rs 94,000, reinforcing OBA UK’s dedication to empowering students through education.

Building on this commitment, OBA UK awarded four scholarships to Mahadeva Padippakam students to support their university studies starting in January 2017. Each selected student receives a financial grant of Rs 7,500 per month for three years. OBA UK extends its gratitude to Mr. S. Jeyaraj, Mr. S. Umasuthan, Mr. M. Gowrikaran, and an OBA Life Member for their generous sponsorship, helping these students pursue higher education and a brighter future.
