JHC OBA UK Secures First Major Charity Benefit with Free Microsoft Cloud & Email Services

We are delighted to announce a significant milestone in the journey of JHC OBA UK as a registered UK charity. Today, we secured our first major financial benefit under our official charity status — a generous contribution from Microsoft, offering us secure and compliant cloud-based services completely free of charge.

Through Microsoft’s non-profit programme, our OBA now benefits from:

Professional-grade email services (Microsoft Exchange Online)
Secure cloud storage and collaboration tools (Microsoft OneDrive & SharePoint)
Robust cybersecurity and compliance features tailored for charities

This transition brings long-term savings of hundreds of pounds annually, which will now be redirected towards our core activities and support for alumni initiatives.

We are pleased to confirm that our email and data services have already been successfully migrated to Microsoft platforms with immediate effect.
